Maybe that's what Ramadan is about (just one teeny tiny bit of it!). To teach us that we CAN and SHOULD cope without Internet. To strengthen us in that area.. But God! How it's been difficult to not be able to read a blog, or newspaper for that matter. To not watch my lovely series or to not be able to talk to people. So, my lovely blog readers. What I'm trying to say is that I can't blog much anymore since I've used up all my Internet at home :/ sad but that's how it is.. Will try to blog whenever I'm in a coffee shop (like now) or whenever I'm able to get access to wifi. Xx

..and watched as the staff were singing 'Happy birthday' to a b-day girl!
..and I've had the low-budget ice-cream at McDonald's.. I wish that I like it, but I don't :/

I hope you guys find the strength and spirit during this month and that you are aiming to change something about yourselves - for the better, of course.

I'm having the time of my life here; I love it! Right now I'm at the Sharjah Ladies Health Club - it's basically a place that's got everything from swimming pools, beach and tennis to ice skating, gym and water-basketball - and other things. . So I'm tanning, swimming collecting shells. Life is great! :D

I'm currently at the airport in Austria - tired and with a headache; yay to airplanes! Anyhow, I can't wait till I get to Dubai - and the heat (?). 50 degrees, how great.. But it will be fun, and I will try to blog as much as I can on the trip. Are you traveling this summer? X This was supposed to post up here two days ago.. But the Internet connection went crazy! » THETRUTHABOUT - AIRPLANE FRIENDLY
Since I'm traveling tomorrow, I put together an outfit inspired by my own outfit (the one I'm wearing on the plane). Firstly, nothing can go wrong with a maxi dress (mine is from Zara, not the one below) and its very flowy (chiffon) and comfortable. I could literally run a marathon wearing it. I will pair it with a jean shirt since it will look more casual and dressed down (mine is from H&M, not the one below - nothing below is "mine").
A necklace and a watch makes it look more dressed up, but will be played down by the sandals and the jean shirt.
Why two bags? One to keep everything in, such as book, diary (yes, I bring a diary with me on planes..), an empty notebook, makeup and what not. In the smaller bag I keep my phone, face mist, hand cream, first aid kit and so on.
I will try to blog as much as I can from the trip, but if I dont, I wish you all a happy summer ♥
» THE TRUTH ABOUT LIFE - THOUGHTS
When you've promised yourself to not make a "mistake" that you've already made before, and you realize that you are about to commit the exact same mistake again, how can you help but not to become frustrated?
You guys have no idea how much I want to share on this blog but can't since my life is mine. I don't feel like people should play a part in every single detail in it, but yet I've chosen to blog.. It would feel great to write it off, but that's what diaries are for, right?
My point is that you need to be careful. Learn from your mistakes and from other peoples. If you feel like you're about to make a mistake or break a rule that you've set up, try to avoid the reason for that. You will spare yourself from the consequences and won't fear the "mistake".
I truly hope that you guys will know how to avoid those little mistakes and rule breakers. ♥

» MY BEST FRIEND
This post might sound a bit cheesy, but if you think about it, you really need to take some time to think and appreciate what you have been given in life.
My sister doubles as my best friend. She is the one I turn to whenever I need advice, inspiration - or when I need to fight (ehm ehm) - when I'm happy, sad, you name it. She's there for everything - and has been through the exact same things as me, which brings the understanding to a whole new level.
And it makes it much easier to be able to reach to her whenever, since we live in the same house. Sure, fighting is very normal between sisters - like when she is wearing a blouse I love, and ruins it, I get angry with her. But at the same time, I still love her.
I'm very thankful for having a sister. She is always understanding, loving and caring - which are qualities I don't have in common with her.
But there are times when I mess up really really bad, and talk without thinking - which is not good either.. So what to do? Apologize.
One thing that I love about us is that I can say one word, and she'll understand the whole meaning behind it. Or I can just look at her, and she'll know what I want to say. Sister language? Sixth sense between sisters?
I love my best friend and would never want to lose her (sounds cheesy). Mona - since 1997 (Coca Cola commercial inspiration).
